Hi there lover! Some of you may already be celebrating 4th of July here in America, so I hope you’re having a blast! Since I work at a small office, I am actually working today, but thankfully I get to leave work early, yay! My plans for the 4th are to spend the day at the pool, having a bbq with my family and then at night watching a fireworks show. What are your weekend plans?
This is the second outfit for my 4th of July inspired Lookbook. Although I didn’t incorporate much blue or red, I would definitely wear this for a cook out or as a bathing suit cover-up. I adore the bell sleeves and lace details of this mini dress. By the way, I wish I had a video of the behind the scenes of this outfit shoot. The whole hour before we took the pictures, there was a thunderstorm but it wasn’t actually raining. Spontaneously, my boyfriend and I decided to just go for it and stop at the tracks for these pictures. I absolutely love how they turned out and Bobby wins boyfriend of the year for it! He even carried me through the bushes because they are very unruly and full of bugs lol! A bunch of tiny mosquitos even landed on my flower headband!!
Anyway, I always love hearing the stories behind the posed pictures, so I thought maybe you would to. 😉 Happy weekend lovers! Thank you for stopping by.
