Hi lover!! I wore this outfit to work last week and knew right away that I wanted to photograph it for my ‘Work Wears’ series. The hint of color with the pink heels is my favorite part. This outfit will be perfect to wear to a holiday gathering with family or an office party. I’d change the shoes for a red or green pair to match the occasion. 😉

Hi lover! Although the weather has cooled off in Miami, there are still days when it gets blazing hot and I really can’t imagine wearing anything other than a t-shirt and shorts. This camo tee was about $12 from Target and it feels like you’re wearing pajamas because of how comfortable it is. Also, I’ve been wearing these shoes at least twice a week… I just can’t stop lol!

The weekend went by way too fast but I know today will be a fun Monday. Dancing with the Stars always gets me excited to power through the day. 😉 How was your weekend?

Hi lover! What better than a party outfit to kick off the weekend right? I don’t have any official plans for this weekend and I love it. Leaves room for fun, rest and productivity! What are you looking forward to the most?

This outfit is totally a new favorite of mine. Black is a forever favorite and the shape of this skirt just makes me feel a perfect mix of classy and sexy. This necklace just came out for the holiday season and it’s such a statement, I love it! Maybe it’s too soon to say, but I know I will wear this outfit for any holiday parties coming up.

Hi lover! Here are some snaps of what’s been on my iPhone for the past two weeks. Let’s start off with a little ol’ selfie… good hair days call for plenty of selfies. 😉

Last week I went to my sister’s house and she always puts the cutest Halloween decor! 🙂

This candle is my obsession right now!! My sweet friend, Amanda gave it to me and I cannot stop lighting it. I’m already worried about running out of it lol.

Messy drawers like this make me cringe. Must fix it now!

One of my good friends has the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever step foot in. So naturally I wanted to take a picture pretending its’ my kitchen and I’m casually making some tea for you lol! Look how big my smile can go after a few glasses of wine. 😉

My mother’s Colombian ajiaco is my jam. Funny thing is that it always tastes more delicious the day after it’s made.

Earlier this week I wore this outfit to work. The jacket is very summer-y with the leaves but I loved how it looked with the white button down.

Cheers! This is a Homestead Bound (my favorite cocktail that is not homemade) at my all-time favorite restaurant, Swine!!! How many times can I say favorite right?

Steampunk – Makeup Geek Look

Hi lover! The last few weeks I’ve been playing with the Makeup Geek duochrome shadows and you can see my other looks here and here. I love how today’s look turned out and I actually wore it all day and it lasted beautifully. It also transitioned really well with my day-to-night outfit.

I started by mixing the two orange shadows (pictured above) right above the crease. I loved the orangey color peaking out and adding warmth to the darker shades. In the actual crease I applied the cranberry shade to transition between the oranges and the lid color. Next, I used the two matte browns to add some depth in the outer corner. Now for the star of the look, all over the lid I applied Steampunk duochrome shadow by Makeup Geek. It’s hard to notice but I did add a bit of black eyeshadow to my lash line, just so it would mimic eyeliner.
