Hi lover! Today is another post for my “Love It Again” series and I’m featuring this cute, mixed print skirt. I wore this outfit on the weekend to run errands and whenever I have a day like that, I love looking put together but still comfortable. This shirt is a new one I bought online for $12!! I wore it again yesterday and am slightly obsessed with it.

You can see how I styled this skirt during the winter time here. That is probably one of my top 3 favorite outfit posts here on the blog. Another time I styled this skirt was during spring for a brunch event and you can see that here. I love how the mint color looked with the pinks of the skirt.

Pop of Blue – Makeup Look

Hi lover! Yesterday I was playing around with makeup and put together this quick look. For eye shadows, I chose my go-to neutral colors and deepened the outer corners. This technique is the one I use the most because I love how it looks on my eye shape. I created a bold winged liner using NYC liquid liner (it’s only $2 at the drugstore) and I decided to make the look pop with blue eye shadow lining my bottom lashes. On my lips I’m wearing Nars Audacious lipstick in the shade Barbara (love it!!).

Today I have an easy going day at the office and then I am having dinner with one of my best friends and I cannot wait to see her!! I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for stopping by!

Nail Polish Storage

Hi lover! Lately, I’ve noticed that when I want to paint my nails, I find a few polishes that I really don’t like. Since I wanted to get rid of those, I decided to give my nail polish storage a quick fix. As you can tell by the photos, I keep all my nail polishes and care products in a vintage style suitcase. I like to organize the polishes by brand and then group them by like colors. On the right I keep any nail decals or nail art products. In the small pouch I store nail care tools.

In the before and after picture above, there is not a huge difference but I did reorganize everything and took out any colors I did not want anymore. Now I have some space for new polishes I’ve had on my wish list. 🙂

Hi there lover! Aren’t you happy it’s the weekend again? I definitely am… this weekend I already have plans and they are all fun, so I’m really excited. Some weekends I have no plans at all, I just go with the flow and relax a lot. Others are much busier, but who can complain about going to parties? Certainly not me! 😉

Ok so here is my reasoning for this outfit in the middle of summer. I typically have a colorful and feminine style that you see a lot here on the blog. But I also have a side that loves grungy, edgier, and more neutral looks. When it comes to this side, my closet lacks some basic pieces and I am trying to build that more. With that said, I bought this tank recently at Target and have been loving it!

Anyway, I totally rocked this the other night to go out and I did not feel too hot (thankfully). I hope you have a magical day lovers and thank you for stopping by!

GlamGlow – Thirstymud Mask Review

GlamGlow – Thristymud Hydrating Treatment

Hey lover! When I posted my bathroom cabinet quick fix, I got a request to do a review on this face mask. I bought this in a set that came with two other sample sized masks by the same brand. I have dry-combination skin, so this hydrating mask intrigued me and there is a lot of hype around this brand. The mask has a delicious scent of coconut and when you put it on your face, it does not have a color. Just looks like there’s a semi-thick gel on your skin. I usually leave it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Afterwards, my skin is left feeling plump and soft.

There are a few places online where you can purchase the mask (Amazon, Feel Unique, Nordstrom.. to name a few) but I purchased mine in store at Sephora. On Sephora online they do have a 0.5 oz for $19.00 or the 1.7 oz for $69.00. In my personal opinion, this mask is too expensive for me to repurchase. I do enjoy it a lot, but the results are not significant enough for me to justify the price. I would totally recommend you buy the smaller size, if you would like to check it out.
