Hi lover! I hope you had an amazing weekend full of love. For some of you today, you maybe, hopefully have the day off from school/work and it is a long weekend! In the US we are celebrating President’s Day and I couldn’t be happier to have this Monday off from work (yay!).

I remember last year shopping at Zara with my sister, when I found this gorgeous pink jacket. One of the employees was wearing it and she totally caught my eye. It was one of those “must have” items for me and the last few months I have worn it so many times. I wear it a lot with all-black outfits, but today’s look is a more casual one.

Hey lover! Last weekend I picked this outfit for some errands and it was so refreshing to wear some light colors. I have been so into black lately that I forgot how uplifting bright and light colors make me feel.

I started reading blogs about 3-4 years ago (can’t remember exactly) thanks to a good friend of mine. I remember asking her, how could I find new ones to read and she gave me her personal suggestions. From there I went to google and just let it happen naturally. It wasn’t until this week that I discovered Bloglovin’. I had always heard of it but never paid attention. This site is amazing! Whether you read several blogs daily or you hardly read any, I suggest you check it out. It is a one stop shop where you can log in and see all the posts of the day from the blogs you “follow”. It also has different categories where you can find new blogs! If I wasn’t so amazed by this website, I promise I wouldn’t have shared this with you, haha. Hey lover! Todays’ treats are a few of my favorites at the moment. Let’s start with this organic tea. Around 2 months ago I started drinking it every weekday morning. I drink it hot with some freshly squeezed lemon added. I love the taste and have noticed some physical benefits (reduced bloating and more energy).

Now, onto the makeup products. Matte lips are all the craze right now, with almost every brand selling their own version of it. I purchased this NYX one for about $5.99 from Target and I love how it wears and doesn’t dry out my lips. The shade is a dusty pink and it does not crease into my lines. Highly recommend if you are into matte lips!

For the eyes, I have been enjoying some blue eyeliner along my lower lash line, as a pop of color. Ever since high school, I have loved blue eye products. I was really into blue mascara for a while and now we have the blue eye liner, haha! For mascara, I have been repeatedly reaching for this sample size of the Urban Decay Perversion. It holds my curled lashes extremely well and adds the perfect amount of length. I just purchased the full size, so I’m hoping to love it just as much!

Work Wears : Reds & Bows

Hey lover! This outfit is so me. I know that sounds funny since all the outfits I post are “so me”. However, this one is just the perfect mix of neutrals & color, very feminine and a nice balance of fitted and loose. Somehow all those elements together, create the perfect “so me” outfit.

Today’s look is part of my Valentine’s Day series. As I had mentioned in my last Valentine’s post, I love incorporating red and pink all month long. This outfit is perfect year round, if you live in a warm city. I love blouses that have a front-tie bow. It adds such a feminine touch, without needing any accessories.

Hi lover! This casual little outfit I wore over the weekend to a baby cousin’s birthday party. The weather was breezy but the sun kept us really warm. Sometimes I just like to bring out the cow girl boots for fun!

A few years ago, I was really into making bracelets. My mom was my business partner and she absolutely loved every second of it. It was something I enjoyed, but unfortunately was not passionate enough to continue pursuing it. We created some beautiful bracelets, but the business aspect was more challenging for me. I loved that I was able to do it, because it just proved to be another artistic venture of mine.
