Hi lover! Miami weather has been very crazy lately. In these pictures it was 92º F, but it felt like 105º F. Later in the day there was a thunderstorm and that’s how most days have been around here. Nevertheless, I have been looking for more “breathable” and lightweight options to survive this heat.

Maxi dress are a staple in my wardrobe when it comes to summertime. For this outfit I chose cute, neutral wedges, but many times I prefer flats with this style of dress. These shoes are actually one of my favorites because my boyfriend bought them for me on our 1 year anniversary ;).

Hi lover! Since today is the last day of June, I thought I would share with you some of my favorite products of the month. I really am enjoying using these and would definitely recommend them to you!

1. MAC Prep + Prime Moisture Infused Serum Hydratant : I use this every morning on my skin right after I have washed my face. It hydrates my dry skin perfectly for the whole day.

2. MAC Lipstick, Half ‘n Half (Amplified finish) : This is my perfect nude shade. It has brown undertones and it compliments my skin better than any other nude hue.

3. Jordana Easy Lipliner in Tawny : This lip liner is a more of a universal shade in my opinion. It pairs great with nude, pink, mauve, and darker toned lip products. Best part is that you can buy this at Walgreens for about $2!

4. NYX Butter gloss in Tiramisu : I truly love the scent and taste of any butter gloss by NYX. This nude is great for toning down brighter lip colors.

5. Fresh Soy Face Cleanser : I bought this in the travel size to test out the product. This cleanser has so many great ingredients for soothing your skin. It also has cucumber extract, so although it is fragrance free, it has such a refreshing scent!

6. MAC paint pot in Soft Ochre : Whenever I want to prime my eyelids for makeup, I use this paint pot and it provides an even toned base for my shadows. Definitely my go-to at the moment.

7. Victoria’s Secret Self Tanning Tinted Lotion with Pure Avocado Oil : Now that it is summer time, I don’t always have free time to hang by the pool. Lately, when I want to look instantly more bronze, I apply this as my moisturizer before going out. I’m super happy with the glow it gives my skin.

Hi lovey! I wore this over the weekend, while the weather was very rainy. Whenever it rains, I always prefer to wear closed-toe shoes, so I think my sneaker wedges inspired this outfit.

These jeans from The Limited are very versatile because of the lace pattern. As worn here, I decided to wear them casually with a plain mint t-shirt and wedges. They can easily be paired with a nicer blouse and pointy heels for a night out.

I know some may thing the sneaker wedge trend is hideous, but I find them extremely cute and comfortable! Would you give the shoes a try?

Hi lover! I am so sorry I disappeared this week. I know most of you don’t expect an apology from me but it does break my heart that I did not have a post all week. 🙁

I have missed you and this internet space of mine terribly. Life gets in the way sometimes. I had lots of technical difficulties with my camera and last weekend I did not have a single second to work on my posts. But all this means is that next week will be full of fun posts!

I hope you understand and that all of you have been having a fabulous week!! This week has been super rainy in Miami, which I personally LOVE the rain (weird right?). I have also been completely sucked into the book I am reading. It is a trilogy and I am half way through the second book, all in one week.

Pineapple Lovin’

Happy Friday lovey!!! Let’s talk for a second about pineapples :). If you have been keeping up with your latest fashion trends, magazines, stores, etc. then you have surely seen the pineapple trend boomin’. At first I was hesitant, since I was once severely allergic to pineapples and ever since I keep my distance from them. But seeing as they are only a simple pattern on my clothes, I’m loving it now!

This cute tee was only $10 at Target! Whenever there are trends that will most likely pass within the next season, a good tip is to always stick to budget friendly options.

This weekend I work both jobs and it will be quite busy. However I am still very excited and hope everyone has a wonderful Father’s Day with their loved ones! I will be spending the day with my papa and the evening with my other dad (boyfriend’s father). I will be missing my brother terribly, as he lives in Texas.
